SUMMARY
Press photograph by Agence Rol, 7 September 1908, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. The archive caption reads: 'M. René Quinton et Louis Barthou, Issy-les-Moulineaux, 7 septembre 08.' Both attended aviation demonstrations by the pilot Delagrange. Louis Barthou was a French politician (then Minister of Public Works). Dimensions: 1,024 × 1,452 pixels. Held by the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Estampes et photographie, Gallica). Public domain per BnF. Identification basis: the archive title and caption name both subjects; the image does not itself specify which figure is on the left or right. A systematic search of the four supported archives (Wellcome, LoC, BnF/Gallica, Wikimedia Commons) on 2026-06-27 yielded only aviation-context photographs of Quinton; no images of his marine dispensaries, laboratory equipment, or Sérum de Quinton preparations were found in those archives.
NOTES

Agence Rol press photograph of two men identified in the caption as René Quinton and Louis Barthou, attending aviation experiments at Issy-les-Moulineaux, September 1908. Public domain (BnF).
