Wood engraving from Die Gartenlaube, a widely circulated 19th-century German illustrated family magazine, published in the 1895 Sammelband but captioned within the engraving itself 'Wörishofen Aug. [18]94' (confirmed on visual inspection), i.e. it depicts an August 1894 scene and was published the following year. Shows Kneipp on a raised platform under an open-sided timber pavilion addressing a large seated crowd (roughly 80-100+ figures).
