SUMMARY
First-person English-language statement of the connective-tissue theory of aging and of antireticular cytotoxic serum (ACS) as the therapeutic application of that theory. Predates the ISBN system. Held by the Wellcome Collection (catalogue record `vy6hx9sm`, https://wellcomecollection.org/works/vy6hx9sm) and digitised in full by the Internet Archive. Used as the principal first-person reference for Bogomolets's own framing of the work; not a source of controlled outcome data.
NOTES

The Duell, Sloan and Pearce edition is the canonical English statement of Bogomolets’s thesis: that aging is governed by deterioration of the reticular connective tissue and that ACS, prepared from animal serum sensitised against human spleen and bone marrow, can strengthen that tissue and prolong life. It is a programmatic monograph rather than a clinical-trial report. It contains no controlled outcome data, no statistical methodology, no blinding, and no independently verified clinical endpoints. It is indispensable as a document of how the author presented his work to an English-speaking medical and lay audience in the year of his death.
